This role is responsible for accurately recording and processing guest food and beverage orders, offering menu suggestions, and coordinating deliveries with in-room dining servers. The In-Room Dining Coordinator ensures efficient communication between the kitchen, service team, and guests to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and process in-room dining orders via phone, ensuring accuracy and clarity in order details.
  • Provide menu recommendations and accommodate guest dietary requests when possible.
  • Communicate and coordinate with in-room dining servers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Process payment transactions, including room charges, credit cards, and cash payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and special requests.
