The In-Room Dining Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering seamless and personalized dining experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for accurately recording and processing guest food and beverage orders, offering menu suggestions, and coordinating deliveries with in-room dining servers. The In-Room Dining Coordinator ensures efficient communication between the kitchen, service team, and guests to maintain high service standards.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and process in-room dining orders via phone, ensuring accuracy and clarity in order details.
  • Provide menu recommendations and accommodate guest dietary requests when possible.
  • Communicate and coordinate with in-room dining servers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
