Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Join our team as a Seasonal Overnight Camp Admin, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations behind the scenes so campers and staff can have an exceptional experience.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative work with a purpose-supporting a vibrant camp community dedicated to youth development.
Camp Season dates: 06/28/2026 - 08/22/2026 plus training week beforehand
Pay rate: $400 per week, room and board included
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary administrative support for camp operations
  • Manage camp documentation
  • Support check-in and check-out processes for campers and families
  • Respond to parent inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records in camp management systems
  • Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
  • Coordinate supply orders and track inventory for office and program needs
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
