Whether you're a seasoned sales pro or looking to break into the industry, this is your chance to join a nationwide leader just in time for our busiest storm season. As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll be out in the field connecting with homeowners, performing inspections, and navigating them through the claims process with the support of a powerhouse team behind you. We offer $600 four weeks for Training Pay and weekly pay-plus uncapped commissions!
Roofing Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
