R & A Roofing is seeking to hire metal roofing laborers NOW! We are looking for someone willing to continue learning a trade, motivated to work hard throughout the week, who is a team player, and who is driven to provide quality work on every job for every customer.
No experience required! On-the-job training is available, with a starting pay of $18 per hour. 
Pay scale will increase with experience and evaluation, and 40 hours PTO offered per calendar year after 90 day probationary period. Additional earnings opportunities like overtime pay available on job-by-job basis.
Per diem is offered for any out-of-town work requiring overnight stays; lodging for out of town work is guaranteed, transport to out of town work is offered, power tools are loaned from the company, safety equipment & training are given to each employee, and company-branded clothing items such as hi-vis wear are also provided. 
  • Must have a valid, accepted Real ID and proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States, such as drivers license and social security.
  • Must pass background check for residential, commercial, school, and military base job opportunities.
  • Must be willing to travel for up to three (3) weeks at a time, including out of state work.
  • Must have reliable transportation to office for out-of-town transport and to local work job sites. 
  • Must purchase hand tools from list provided upon hiring.
