Shamrock Roofing and Construction is a Top 40 roofing contractor in the United States, built on an 8-figure reputation for reputation, community, and results. We're expanding across the Midwest and South and looking for a Project Manager to grow with us in OKC!
We hire veterans. Must be comfortable with D2D sales - some company leads are provided, but self-generated leads are expected. Roofing sales is a year-round career.
What we offer:

What you'll do:
  • Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
  • Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
  • Write and close roofing contracts

Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license
  • Self-starting, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Reliable transportation (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available to those 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Own a cell phone
  • Comfortable in outside D2D sales
  • Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift 50 lbs without fear of heights
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
