*** Must have 3 years of commercial roofing estimating experience and be in the MD/ NVA area***
Local commercial, established roofing company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Construction Roofing Estimator/ Project Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing and managing the entire Commercial roofing job from contract to completion for commercial new construction and remodeling/renovation roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.

 Work calmly under deadlines and pressure, ensuring tasks are completed

efficiently.

 Analyze contracts to ensure scope of work is accurate and pricing is secured.

 Able to source/procurement all related labor, material, equipment and other items

related to the job

 Attend various GC and customer meetings.

 Conduct site visits to document existing conditions.

 Develop and monitor construction schedules and change orders

 Maintain and growth customer relationships through successful project

management

 Perform independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

 Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic.

Required Skills:

 Hands on commercial roofing experience, must know commercial roofing aspects

 Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive client relations.
