Job description

ABOUT THE SEATTLE ROOFING COMPANY

We are a specialized roofing and exterior company built for the Pacific Northwest. With 147 days of rain per year, this region demands craftsmanship, systems, and professionalism that most contractors can't deliver. We do.

We are growing fast — and we are building a team of high-character, high-performance people who want to grow with us. This is not just a job. This is an opportunity to be part of something being built from the ground up and scaled nationally.

"What we build in Seattle, we will build everywhere."

THE ROLE

The Project Manager is the face of The Seattle Roofing Company in the field. You are the standard. You set the tone on every job site — for safety, for quality, for client experience, and for the brand.

This is an influential role. You will work directly with crews, clients, vendors, and the sales team. You are not just managing a job — you are building relationships that turn one project into the next.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Run job sites from start to finish — safety, materials, crew coordination, and clean up
  • Coordinate with the sales team on client expectations and fulfillment
  • Enforce fall protection and L&I compliance on every job, every day
  • Set up job sites — banners, yard signs, and neighborhood presence
  • Perform a six-pack canvass in the neighborhood on every job (training provided)
  • Document every stage of every job — photos and drone video
  • Identify change orders and communicate them to the client and operations
  • Maintain a clean, professional truck and trailer — you represent the company
  • Generate leads in the field and earn bonuses for every one you bring in

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

This role pays a strong base with real bonus upside built in. The more you bring to the role, the more you earn.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every job generates approximately 50% more in revenue than the original contract. Simply by identifying what is there and reporting it, a Project Manager can earn $100–$500+ in change order bonuses per job — on top of base pay.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You show up — on time, prepared, and ready to lead
  • You maintain a positive mental attitude regardless of conditions
  • You are a joy to be around — your energy lifts the crew and impresses the client
  • You build relationships naturally — with clients, vendors, and crew members
  • You take ownership — the job site is yours and you treat it that way
  • You have a sense of growth and purpose — you want to be part of something bigger
  • You are a valuable asset and you know it — but you stay hungry

HOW TO APPLY

If this sounds like you — don't wait. We are building fast and we are hiring now.

Company Description

We are a growing roofing company in the Seattle area making approximately $4M in
annual revenue. We have a small, hardworking team of employees and subcontractors
and are looking for a strong Administrative & Sales Support Coordinator to help
keep the office, customer communication, CRM updates, and bookkeeping support
processes organized and running smoothly.
