We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing crews and projects throughout the Seattle area. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who understands roofing operations, knows how to keep crews productive and projects on schedule, and takes ownership of safety, quality, and the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage roofing projects from pre-production through final completion.
  • Oversee multiple roofing crews and active job sites throughout the week.
  • Review project scope, schedules, materials, and job requirements before work begins.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and communicate expectations with foremen and crews.
  • Travel between job sites to monitor progress, quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Communicate proactively with homeowners and customers throughout each project.
  • Coordinate material orders and ensure crews have what they need to complete projects efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve job-site challenges before they impact schedules or customers.
  • Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA guidelines.
  • Conduct final quality-control inspections and confirm job sites meet company standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with production leadership regarding project status, scheduling, crew performance, and field issues.
  • Complete project follow-up and customer communication after jobs are finished.
What We’re Looking For
  • Roofing experience is required.

  • Proven experience managing roofing crews and roofing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing installation, production, and job-site operations.
  • Experience with shingle, metal, and/or flat roofing systems preferred.
