Project Manager – Commercial Construction | Remote (Seattle, WA Area)

Lead High-Impact Commercial Design-Build Projects

Location: Seattle, WA Area (Remote; must live within 1hr)


My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial design-build projects focused on energy efficiency, HVAC modernization, capital improvements, and infrastructure upgrades.

What You'll Do

  • Manage commercial design-build projects from preconstruction through project completion

Required

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor or Design-Build contractor (candidates from larger GCs with equivalent progression will also be considered)
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills
  • Experience managing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative design-build environment
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Premier, Asana, Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint, or MS Project


Preferred, not required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • PMP or other project management certification
