Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

● 3–5 years of sales and/or sales management experience preferred

● Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use web-based and mobile applications

● Experience with CRM systems preferred

● Open to travel

WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS

● This role operates both indoors in an office environment and outdoors in the field

● Requires heavy local travel and may include up to 70% travel, including extended stays away from home

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina

● Ability to lift construction materials such as shingles and plywood

● Ability to move heavy objects and maintain physical endurance over extended periods

● Regularly ascend and descend ladders to inspect roofs
