Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Olathe, KS. The Sales Specialist will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their roofing needs, provide product and service information, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, conducting roof inspections with the production team, maintaining detailed records in the CRM system, and coordinating with operations to ensure a smooth project handoff. The role involves presenting roofing options, answering customer questions, and guiding customers through the decision-making and contract process. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions, support marketing initiatives, and represent Roofing Force at local events or customer visits.

Qualifications
