Job Description: As a Roof Inspector at Local Roof Experts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our clients' roofs. Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting roofs for damage, meeting with roof adjusters to discuss inspection results, and identifying storm damage. Your keen eye for detail and strong communication skills will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify damage, wear, and potential issues.
  • Meet with roof adjusters to discuss inspection findings and provide detailed reports.
  • Identify and document storm damage on roofs, including hail, wind, and other weather-related damage.
  • Prepare and present inspection results to clients and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and communications.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, local codes, and regulations related to roofing.
