  • Communicating repair needs clearly with the team
  • Maintaining clean, professional job sites
  • Delivering quality workmanship that represents CoMo Premium Exteriors well

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, skilled, and comfortable working independently or as part of a crew.
Qualified candidates should have:
  • At least 2 years of roofing repair experience
  • Experience with asphalt shingles required
  • Flat roof repair experience preferred, especially TPO and EPDM
  • Ability to troubleshoot leaks and complete durable repairs
  • Knowledge of roofing safety practices
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to craftsmanship
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, typically 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends during busy season or as job needs require

Pay
Starting pay is $28 to $32 per hour, based on roofing repair experience.
After 90 days, there may be an opportunity to move into a piece-rate structure with higher earning potential.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.
Most work is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak season or for specific project needs.
Benefits
