About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roof Table Assistant to support roof truss assembly operations within our manufacturing plant.
This position plays a key role in assisting truss builders at the roof assembly table, ensuring materials are positioned accurately, plates are set correctly, and workflow remains steady and efficient.
If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a production team that values discipline and teamwork, this is a strong opportunity within a stable operation.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in assembling roof trusses at designated roof table workstations
  • Position lumber accurately according to production drawings and layout specifications
  • Help place truss plates and prepare materials for pressing
  • Maintain steady workflow to support roof table production efficiency
  • Identify and communicate material defects or layout discrepancies
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
  • Complete required PQS training modules and demonstrate required competencies
  • Perform additional production duties as assigned

Requirements
