What You Will Do:
As the Day Porter, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of our corporate office.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the upkeep of common areas, lobbies, corridors, and conference rooms to ensure they meet corporate standards.
  • Amenity & Hospitality Support: Monitor, clean, and restock office kitchens, cafes, and coffee stations. Ensure snacks and beverages are neatly organized and replenished.
  • Restroom Upkeep: Perform routine checks of restrooms throughout the day to ensure they remain exceptionally clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
  • Rapid Response: Promptly address accidental spills, trash removal, and immediate cleaning needs as they arise.
  • Event Assistance: Support the workplace experience team with the light setup and breakdown of meeting spaces, catering layouts, or internal office events.
  • Inventory Management: Track supply levels (cleaning products, paper goods, pantry items) and coordinate with office management to request replenishments.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Professional Demeanor: A professional and courteous approach with excellent interpersonal skills, suitable for a corporate environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness, order, and presentation; proactive in identifying and resolving maintenance needs and repairs.
  • Experience: Prior experience in corporate office cleaning, luxury hospitality, or premium residential porter services is highly preferred.
  • Reliability: Strong time-management skills, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, walk all floors multiple times throughout the day, and comfortably lift and carry 30lbs (e.g., loaded trash bags, boxes of supplies, or moving light furniture).

A good faith estimate of the salary is $25.00/Hour upon hire.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors).
