YOUR MISSION
  • Create 3D parametric models, using NX CAD software, of entire golf club, including surfaces, structures, details, design, branding, and components
  • Manage golf club projects: Oversee Product Objectives, Industrial Design, Product Management, Specs, Mass Properties, Product Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Communicate with suppliers to develop and manufacture new products
  • Translate new golf club concept renderings into 3D CAD models utilizing advanced CAD techniques
  • Engineer club performance through mass properties, testing, and engineering iterations
  • 3D Print prototype club models for analysis
  • Coordinate with Development Team on pilot run and production runs
  • Initiate and strategize product testing and performance
  • Collaborate with Product Team on new golf club ideations
  • Pursue patent opportunities for new concepts, ideas, technologies, and products

YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in golf club product design and engineering
  • Advanced 3D CAD modeling skills including free form surfacing, parametric sketches, solid tools, associative modeling, and part families
  • Familiarity with computational design software (Rhino Grasshopper, nTop, Blender)
  • Working knowledge of Office software products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Project management experience: Ability to lead a project and project team.
  • Vendor communication and manufacturing experience/knowledge
  • Solid understanding of golf, golf clubs, golf club physics, history, and the golf market
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Good communication and presentation skills required
  • Exceptional follow through, detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively schedule and work against business deadlines
  • Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial
  • Results oriented with ability to oversee multiple projects and tasks

The hiring range base pay for this position is $70,304-$91,900 + Bonus + Benefits
