Salary Information
$8,000 stipend ($4,000 Men's Golf / $4,000 Women's Golf).
Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the Men's and Women's head coach in maintaining full rosters of student athletes each academic year.
Essential Functions
Evaluate players' performance and design plans/strategies for improvement.
Provide individual and group instruction focused on improving each individual. Monitor student athletes during events.
Attend to student athlete needs during events.
Be responsible for the conduct of players athletically and socially.
Dress, act, and represent DMACC appropriately at all athletic events, practices, and activities.
Keep inventory and maintain equipment.
The ability to perform "other duties assigned" as directed by the athletic director.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Successful coaching and recruiting experience, preferably at the college level.
Ability to interact effectively, courteously and impartially with varied populations.

Work Schedule
Hours will vary depending on dates of competition.
Must be willing to work nights and evenings, Monday - Friday, between 5:00pm - 10:30pm.
