We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety, legal compliance, and exceptional service. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Rollback Tow Truck Operator to join our dynamic team.


Job Summary:

The Rollback Tow Truck Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently repossessing voluntary and impounded vehicles, in addition to transporting vehicles both locally and to other company markets all while adhering to all company policies, state regulations, and local laws. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a rollback tow truck to repossess a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, etc.) as assigned.
  • Safely load, secure, and transport repossessed vehicles to designated impound lots or client locations.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repossessions, including vehicle condition reports, photos, and necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and other team members.
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the tow truck and equipment.
  • Be available for on-call shifts, including nights or weekends, as needed.
  • Handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a rollback tow truck, preferably in a repossession or similar field.
  • Knowledge of local and state repossession laws and regulations preferred.
  • Ability to operate tow truck equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound judgments in challenging situations.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and perform duties in various weather conditions.
