S.C.A.R., Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates alongside operation managers for various locations within the organization. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting company operations, retaining top talent, and maintaining compliance with industry laws and regulations. The role is responsible for supporting candidate engagement and retention throughout the entire application process.


Essential Functions

  • Enhance candidate engagement and retention by maintaining a high-touch approach, ensuring timely responses to candidates within 3 business days of the entire application process.
  • Accountable for the sourcing talent and recruitment process for open positions with a focus on the company’s operational needs.
  • Coordinate screening & interviews, create candidate profiles, and develop scorecards to streamline recruitment and onboarding procedures.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, from offer letters to initial training, to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in HR and/or Hiring platforms. i.e. (Paylocity, Indeed, and etc.)
  • 15% Travel required for potential final interviews and employee orientation.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, hours are flexible.
