OC Tanner Jewelers in Park City is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals interested in building a career as a full-time jewelry sales associate with a commitment to OC Tanner's standard of integrity while providing a luxury experience to each client. Our sales associates are well-versed in the legacy and heritage of not only our company, but the brands we represent such as Rolex, Cartier, and Kwiat Diamonds. Each sales associate at OC Tanner Jewelers is committed to cultivating long-term client relationships beyond achieving sales goals.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales goals with continual growth
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience by greeting, assisting, and accommodating each client's needs with regards to jewelry sales, repairs and appraisals
  • Fostering long-term client relationships through conscientious interpersonal skills
  • An ongoing understanding of the brands we carry with a continued commitment to additional training and education so as best to inform our clients
  • Cultivating an awareness of store inventory by maintaining the proper appearance of the sales floor; straightening and replenishing merchandise daily, contributing to store set-up and break down.
  • Technological proficiency in our point of sale and inventory tracking software
  • Promoting and contributing to store events through marketing, proactive attendance and sales
  • Regular attendance of store meetings and additional staff trainings
  • Accurately and efficiently following all company policies to maintain a high level of integrity and customer experience

Job Requirements:

  • Rolex sales experience preferred.
  • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience
  • Proven record of achieving and maintaining a successful sales record with continual growth
  • Willingness to work non-traditional business hours such as nights, weekends and holidays with the flexibility to work in both of our locations (Salt Lake and Park City)
  • Technological proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; as well as familiarity with social media outreach and point of sales software
  • Developed and cultured interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • College/ University Degree
  • Prior sales experience in jewelry, fine gems and timepieces
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work completed
