Job Title: Operations & Logistics Specialist

Division: Retail

Reports to: Operations Director

OVERVIEW

The Operations & Logistics Specialist executes the day-to-day operational and logistics functions that support the Rolex Global Flagship. Working in partnership with the Operations Manager and Operations Director, this role ensures inventory integrity, merchandise flow, operational compliance, and back-of-house excellence while supporting an exceptional client experience and upholding Rolex brand standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Responsibilities

·       Execute daily operational and logistics activities to support efficient store operations and enhance the client experience.

·       Receive, process, transfer, ship, and reconcile merchandise while ensuring inventory accuracy and proper chain of custody for high-value products.

·       Process POS transactions, warranty documentation, and other operational functions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

·       Utilize D365 and other retail systems to accurately complete operational processes, maintain inventory integrity, and support daily business activities.

·       Collaborate with Client Advisors and store leadership to ensure merchandise availability for client appointments, VIP experiences, events, and daily business needs.

·       Maintain organized back-of-house operations, including inventory storage, operational supplies, and workspaces that reflect Rolex and company standards.

·       Support inventory counts, audits, shortage prevention initiatives, and ensure operational compliance.

·       Identify any inventory or operational discrepancies and communicate findings to management promptly.

·       Adhere to operational procedures, safety standards, and security protocols to protect merchandise, company assets, and confidential information.

·       Perform additional operational and logistics responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.

·       Assist with special projects that contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Rolex Global Flagship.

Requirements:

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       2+ years of operations, logistics, inventory, or stockroom experience in a luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment.

·       Experience with POS, inventory management, and retail operating systems; Microsoft D365 experience is a plus.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.

·       Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, merchandise handling, and operational procedures.

·       Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

·       Ability to lift and move merchandise as required.

·     Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Compensation Expectation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
