Job description

Reporting directly to the Director of Learning & Development, the Rolex trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our staff on the features, craftsmanship, and heritage of Rolex. This role is pivotal in enhancing the skill sets of our sales associates and ensuring that they embody the values and standards of our company. The role will be responsible for executing the strategic training and brand initiatives that drive a first in class, client centric and experiential environment.
Job responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation and execution of National Training Calendar and plan local/regional learning opportunities based on current needs
• Partner with leaders on sales development training programs to support onboarding and productivity of new hires
• Conduct field market visits to support sales and ensure learned knowledge is being applied ; engaging with teams, coaching, and offering real time feedback to maximize performance
• Manage sales education related responsibilities including facilitation; product and category management knowledge and elected execution guidelines; facilitate live and digital training sessions; learning retention assessment
• Support the train the trainer program ensuring training is consistent across all doors; foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the teams
• Leverage analytics to continuously measure and communicate the effectiveness of the training initiatives and make data driven decisions to adjust strategies and plans to improve performance
• Champions continuous improvement consistently anticipating shifts in the competitive landscape
• Responsible to partner and build relationships with Bucherer corporate partners and Rolex training team
• Manage Mystery Shop program, evaluating results offering training support where needed
• Facilitate engaging workshops over Microsoft Teams, in-person, and in a hybrid format
• Facilitate engaging in person workshops and/or trainings for audiences up to 60 participants
• Develop and deploy tools and methods for measuring and monitoring the impact of training; utilize findings to inform future programming
• Assist in special events or promotional activities
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and development
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in training or education, preferably in a luxury retail or watchmaking
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands, the watch industry, and a passion for horology
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with corporate and retail employees
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of individuals
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence leading sessions for diverse audiences
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to upholding brand standards and excellence
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines
• Able to successfully develop training regimens for retail and corporate populations
• Excellent team player & collaborator
• Ability to train and develop managers to motivate employees to strive for excellence as well as coach and effectively work with those who are underperforming
• Must be able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience level and size
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning platforms (LMS experience preferred)
• Ability to travel across the US markets; potentially Europe if needed
• BS/BA preferred
SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
