Job description

As part of our Rolex team, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences within the Rolex Boutique at Harrods. As the face of two iconic brands, you are driven by passion for our customers, product, and delivering the best in class service.

You do this by putting customers at the heart of everything you do, building deep customer relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Rolex knowledge.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you will provide a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, and build lasting customer relationships that naturally lead to achievement of revenue targets, as well as repeat customer visits. You will drive sales by accurately identifying clients needs, clearly articulating key technical features and heritage benefits, and recommending suitable complementary or alternative Rolex references where appropriate.

You will share ideas, insights and best practices with colleagues to support collective performance and continuous improvement within the Rolex business. It is important to stay informed about store-wide and Rolex-specific initiatives and services, building strong cross-department relationships to support a seamless client journey.

You will also:

  • Consistently complete all Rolex Advisor, external, and in-boutique training to deepen product expertise and deliver and outstanding, brand-aligned client journey.
  • Partner with the team and Management to achieve Rolex-specific NPS and service KPIs by delivering consistently exceptional client experiences while upholding strict Rolex brand and service standards.
  • Build and maintain expert knowledge of Rolex collections, technical features, and service propositions, while developing strong awareness across the wider store to enhance credibility and deliver informed client recommendations,
  • Align with a collaborative team culture united with both Rolex values and Harrods service standards.
  • Support the Rolex Brand Manager and Retail Manager in achieving monthly boutique sales targets, contributing to both team and individual Rolex sales objectives.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About you

You will have a strong background in luxury retail and sales, with the ability to build lasting client relationships, and also be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with Rolex brand representatives and key stakeholders, supporting alignment with brand expectations and initiatives. You will demonstrate a genuine passion for Rolex watchmaking, heritage, and the wider luxury watch industry to deliver knowledgeable, confident, and high-quality client interactions.

You will also:

  • Support team members by consistently maintaining boutique standards, ensuring immaculate presentation, service excellence, and brand integrity.
  • Have great organisational and collaboration skills to keep the shopfloor running smoothly, providing boutique cover as required.
  • Actively seek and apply feedback from managers, colleagues, and clients to continuously enhance sales performance and service quality.
  • Have the ability to remain calm and measured, even when under pressure.
