Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is the not-for-profit organization that manages the spectacular Dickies Arena, a 14,000-seat multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. Owned by the City of Fort Worth, the state-of-the-art arena opened in November 2019 and hosts a variety of events, including concerts, sporting events, family entertainment, and Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.
Job Summary:
Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Bartender. This position is responsible for taking and preparing drinks for guests and delivering exceptional service to bar patrons.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Accurately mix standard cocktail recipes and maintain proper pour levels while multitasking in a fast - paced environment.
  • Work in locations that sell food.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the bar each event, ensuring all cleaning and sanitation standards are met.
  • Conduct accurate inventory during each shift, including liquor counts and bottle - for - bottle tracking.
  • Complete all required daily paperwork to support inventory control and ordering procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly completed each shift, including temperature logs, inventory sheets, void forms, spoilage tracking, and bottle - for - bottle records.
  • Understand and ensure proper execution of responsible alcohol service.
  • Always maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards, following all health codes and company guidelines.
  • Remain visible, attentive, and ready to assist guests as needed.
  • Consistently help maintain and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and their accompaniments.
  • Navigate the arena confidently and assist guests with directions and inquiries.
  • Practice proper product control and responsible handling of all inventory and equipment.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down/clean concessions equipment to ensure proper use.
  • Support other Food & Beverage departments as needed.
  • Follow cash handling and tip reporting guidelines
  • Accurately use POS system while serving high volumes of guests
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • 1-2 years� experience in a bartending role working in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
  • Works well with others, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including � nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Working Conditions:
  • Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures. This includes working outdoors.
  • Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.
  • Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
  • Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, machines with moving parts, and heat from machinery
  • Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
