Responsibilities
โข Proactively follow up with leads, prospects, past clients, and sphere contacts to generate new business
โข Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify client needs, goals, motivation, and timeline
โข Prospect daily through calls, texts, emails, open houses, networking, and database follow-up
โข Guide buyers through the home search, showing, offer, and closing process with confidence and professionalism
โข Stay current on local market trends, inventory, pricing, neighborhoods, and community information
โข Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up to ensure strong communication and lead conversion
โข Participate in team training, coaching, meetings, and accountability to continuously improve performance
Qualifications
โข Active California Real Estate license required
โข Previous real estate sales experience required
โข Strong prospecting, follow-up, and lead conversion skills
โข Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through
โข Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable to goals
โข Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital tools
โข Excellent communication and client service skills
