Summary

The Rodman provides the back and muscle for the installation of layout on a project. The primary duty is to assist the Instrument Man with the use of all survey equipment such as story poles, levels, transits and lasers. Must understand the importance of being accutate and precise. Maintains working relationship with Foreman and Crews and understands the different types of equipment used by the trades. Contributes to safety on the project by perpetuating the IIF culture.
