Rock Solid Counseling, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team working with school-aged children and their families. • Provide comprehensive social work services to students, families, and caregivers, addressing behavioral and emotional issues effectively.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify patient needs, background context, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with the assessed needs of patients, promoting their well-being and progress.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and pediatricians, to facilitate holistic care and interventions tailored to each student’s unique challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to address mental health issues and facilitate recovery pathways.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with both organization and legal standards.
• Actively engage in clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

Your primary focus will be on working with school-aged children and their families, which includes those coping with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. You will employ tailored approaches to accommodate the unique backgrounds and experiences of your clients while fostering resilience and recovery in a school environment.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with children, families, and individuals facing developmental disabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in adopting new technologies to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.
• Exemplary conflict resolution and communication skills, capable of addressing emerging issues collaboratively and professionally.

Experience in a school setting is highly valued, as is familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models that effectively address the needs of children and adolescents. Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles to support the diverse experiences of students will be a significant asset in this role.
