As an LPCC, your daily tasks will involve a variety of important activities essential to patient care:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs and challenges of clients.
• Monitor outcomes and progress, leveraging data to adjust treatment plans collaboratively with the clinical team.
• Document all patient encounters meticulously within our electronic health record system, ensuring all medical records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Engage actively in case conferences and treatment team meetings, sharing your expertise and contributing to knowledge exchange.
• Design and implement therapeutic activities such as group therapy sessions and recreational activities that are tailored to client needs.
• Utilize a coaching model and incorporate natural environment teaching techniques in practice to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

The clientele you will serve at Rock Solid Counseling ranges widely in demographics, requiring sensitivity to various backgrounds and mental health challenges. From individuals seeking support for anxiety and depression to those coping with trauma or relationship issues, your expertise will guide them towards healing and recovery. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in a clinical counseling setting, providing direct patient care.
• Strong capacity to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varying clinical needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing patient records and documentation.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and experience using electronic health record systems.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would be beneficial:

• Experience working in a remote counseling environment.
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.
• Previous use of innovative therapeutic techniques that promote robust patient engagement.
