• You will deliver high-quality individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing tools such as video conferencing to effectively engage with clients.
• Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments to understand client needs and crafting customized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation is essential; you will maintain detailed records through our integrated electronic health record system.
• Collaboration is key; regularly liaise with other mental health professionals and support staff to enhance the treatment experience.
• You will remain up-to-date with the latest research, ethical guidelines, and teletherapy practices to provide the best possible outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will work with diverse client populations, addressing a range of mental health issues, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your empathy and understanding will help guide clients through their struggles, providing them with the tools they need for recovery and personal development.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• You must hold a current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• At least three years of experience in providing therapy services, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting, is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients.
• Strong time management and organizational skills will enable you to handle caseloads effectively.
• You should be comfortable using telehealth technologies and electronic health records to facilitate client care.

Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable. Familiarity with assessment tools or therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) can further enhance your candidacy.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
