  • Custom EMR system tailored specifically for urology workflows.
  • Access to advanced technologies including Da Vinci robotics (for both inpatient and outpatient), holmium laser, and fusion prostate biopsy.
  • Willingness to invest in new technologies and procedures.
  • Subspecialty support available in oncology, female pelvic medicine, and andrology.
  • Attractive salary with a signing bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Transition to a productivity-based compensation model after an initial period, with a partnership track based on productivity.

Area Highlights:

This vibrant Midwest city, often referred to as the "Crossroads of America," serves as a central transportation hub and offers a rich urban experience. It features a unique combination of historical significance, modern conveniences, and a strong community spirit. The city is home to a dynamic cultural scene, professional sports teams, and a lively downtown area with convention centers and extensive trail networks that connect parks, neighborhoods, and local businesses.

With a thriving and growing medical community that includes leading hospitals, research institutions, and specialty centers, this city provides an ideal setting for physicians seeking collaborative opportunities and career advancement.
