Job Overview:

  • The organization is seeking a Paint Seibi Technician to work in an automated robotic paint shop environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications.
  • Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting).
  • Experience with Digital Engineering.
  • 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Additional related certifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Online robot programming Sealer, UBC, and Dampening Run trials and adjust parameters.
  • Evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
  • Online robot Programming Primer, Base and Clear Run trials and adjust parameters.
  • Offline robot programming Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis.
  • Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
  • Evaluate Quality Use elco-meters, wave-scan and X-Rite.
  • Create Hand Over Documents Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s.
  • Effective communications Must be able to use Microsoft Office and communicate with the written word.
