Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role having experience focused on automation projects (RPA, GenAI, or workflow automation).
  • Strong experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and functional specification creation.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation solutions, machine learning, and other advanced automation technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes, workflow management, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.
  • Ability to document and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum is preferred.
