Position Summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This position is responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and helping maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
  • Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
  • Support community appearance and curb appeal
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
