Seeking a C2C candidate located in the specified area.
Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks
  • Providing IT support for Robotic Process Automation(RPA) development;
  • Designing and architecting the RPA solution using UiPath or Power Automate
  • Leading in design, specification, and selection of RPA solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
  • Working with developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options and develop process maps;
  • Creating detail design documentation, development, unit testing, and maintenance of internally developed applications
  • Assisting in performing periodic audits for Robotic Process Automation;
  • Assisting with deployment activities for Robotic Process Automation;
  • Assisting with orchestration activities for Robotic Process Automation;
  • Providing best practices to other developers;
  • Providing expertise regarding the integration of Robotic Process Automation applications across Commerce;
  • Determining specifications, planning, designing, and developing solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes in concert with a project team;
  • Developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse;
  • Having in-depth knowledge of Robotic Process Automation approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs;
  • Understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies;
  • Researching and maintaining knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to Commerce;
  • Viewing both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource; and acting as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent;
  • Managing development queues maintaining key metrics for the support team and provides status information to the technical services supervisor: and
  • Understanding business requirements and translating from functional to technical specifications.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field/equivalent work experience;
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (UiPath or Power Automate) developer certification is preferred;
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in multiple IT areas;
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience;
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead or architect), ideally for a system integrator;
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills to interact with Business and with IT;
  • Advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design, and integration;
  • Experience as a project leader on multiple IT projects;
  • Experience working various projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;
  • Experience workflow design skills - decision diamonds, decision trees, decision tables, state machines;
  • Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy with the ability to design RPA solutions to deliver that strategy;
  • Strong critical thinker with a problem-solving aptitude;
  • Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues; and
  • Demonstrated high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues, and staff.
