Job Title: RPA Project Manager โ€“ Blue Prism

Location: Houston, TX โ€“ Onsite
Pay Rate: $50โ€“52/hr

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager with strong expertise in Blue Prism to lead enterprise automation initiatives from strategy through production. The ideal candidate will combine strong project/program management skills with deep knowledge of the RPA lifecycle, automation governance, delivery, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end RPA programs covering opportunity assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
  • Manage multiple Blue Prism automation initiatives, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define RPA roadmaps, governance frameworks, operating models, and automation delivery standards.
  • Partner with client leadership to identify automation opportunities and expand the RPA pipeline.
  • Drive automation adoption and identify opportunities to deliver measurable business value.
  • Coordinate internal delivery teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, and executive communications.
  • Establish and track KPIs for automation benefits, including cost savings, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead governance and delivery reviews and provide regular executive-level status reporting.
  • Mentor delivery teams and promote RPA best practices.
  • Support emerging automation capabilities including AI, intelligent automation, OCR, and process mining.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience.
  • 5+ years leading RPA/automation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the complete RPA delivery lifecycle.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Blue Prism architecture, implementation, deployment, governance, and production support.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale automation programs in regulated environments.
  • Strong executive stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and expand automation opportunities.
  • Experience coordinating distributed/onshore-offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Blue Prism certification such as Professional Developer or Solution Designer.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, AI Agents, OCR, Document Intelligence, or Process Mining.
  • Industry experience in Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

The ideal candidate is a client-facing RPA/automation leader who can manage complex programs while understanding Blue Prism at a technical and architectural level. The candidate should be capable of engaging executives, managing delivery teams and vendors, expanding automation adoption, and demonstrating measurable business outcomes.
