Some Responsibilities May Include:

  • Work closely with software engineering, infrastructure engineering, business partners, Microsoft support, and shared service/offshore support teams.

  • Assist with onboarding new groups to the platform, including environment setup, managed environment configuration, deployment pipeline setup, and sandbox maintenance.
  • Help manage platform capacity and resource utilization, including user and machine licenses, usage-based credits, storage, logs, and usage trends.
  • Support governance, security, and access administration, including roles, permissions, DLP policies, standard environment configuration, and compliance-related requests.
  • Support bot identity, credential, and certificate-related administrative processes used for unattended automation.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles; coordinate selected routine work with shared service/offshore support partners.
  • This role may provide after-hours support only in the event of a significant platform outage.

  • Experience supporting automation solutions in production, including Power Automate, Desktop Flows / RPA, or comparable enterprise automation platforms.
