Job description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions that improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and/or Microsoft Power Automate, along with good programming, integration, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Gather automation requirements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA workflows.
  • Develop and maintain automations using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
  • Build attended and unattended automation solutions.
  • Use UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, queues, exception handling, and logging.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with SAP, web applications, desktop applications, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Use Python, VB/VBA, SQL, and scripting where required for automation.
  • Prepare and execute unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Troubleshoot bot failures, application issues, selectors, exceptions, and production incidents.
  • Monitor automation performance and optimize existing bots for stability and scalability.
  • Support production deployments, hypercare, maintenance, and continuous enhancements.
  • Create and maintain PDDs, SDDs, technical documentation, test cases, and operational runbooks.
  • Follow RPA governance, security, coding standards, version control, and change-management practices.
  • Collaborate with business users, process analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
  • Strong experience with UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop.
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, process analysis, workflow design, and exception handling.
  • Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and bot deployment/monitoring.
  • Knowledge of REFramework and reusable automation components.
  • Experience with API integration, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • Good knowledge of SQL, Excel/VBA, Python, or VBScript.
  • Experience integrating automation with SAP, web, desktop, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support.
Preferred Skills
  • UiPath Certified RPA Developer / UiARD certification.
  • Automation Anywhere certification.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification.
  • Experience with Document Understanding, OCR, AI/ML, or intelligent document processing.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure/AWS, or DevOps practices.
