The Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, deploying, and supporting robotic process automation (RPA) and other workflow automation solutions across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to analyze existing manual or inefficient processes
- Identify opportunities for automation based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI
- Document current-state processes and recommend optimized future-state workflows
Solution Design
- Design scalable and efficient automation solutions using RPA and related technologies
- Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, wireframes, and technical specifications
- Ensure alignment with automation best practices, governance standards, and architectural guidelines
Implementation
- Build, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions using approved RPA tools
