What You Will Do
1. Provide technical direction on design considerations for security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime;
2. Successful planning, implementation and sustainability of client RPA initiatives and engage in development activities;
3. Provide insight into RPA delivery methodology to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities to implement enhancements
4. Understand workflow-based logic and have the ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize future state of the same in an automated solution;
5. Identify automation expansion opportunities including additional managed services that can be performed by Ashling delivery teams;
6. Collaborate with Delivery, Sales and People teams to analyze business requirements, prioritize work streams, help design the RPA strategic roadmap, conduct development, perform systems integration, testing and support development's move to production;
7. Oversee staffing, workload distribution, and utilization across assigned accounts to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction;
8. Represent Development in Ashling Partners' Automation Centers of Excellence;
9. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Robotic Process Automation and the intelligent Process Automation revolution;
10. Supervise a team of on and offshore resources and provide mentorship and oversight;
11. Lead RPA technical development / maintenance and planning activities; working closely with key client stakeholders and Ashling Partners leadership to define the client's strategy and work streams required to achieve it;
12. Provide reporting metrics to clients to demonstrate the value of the Ashling services on a defined frequencye
