Job Description:

The S4 HANA Integration Lead (In-House Bank & Treasury) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and integration of SAP In-House Bank (IHB) and Treasury capabilities as part of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation across Mars Snacking. This role will drive the delivery of standardized and scalable treasury solutions that support cash management, internal banking operations, centralized payments, and financial governance while enabling the successful integration of the recently acquired Kellanova business. The Integration Lead will serve as the subject matter expert for SAP In-House Bank and Treasury processes, partnering closely with Finance, Treasury, Digital Technologies, and external implementation partners to deliver compliant, future-ready solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision making across the organization.

This role is part of the Mars Snacking S/4HANA Transformation Program and will partner extensively with global and regional stakeholders to develop and execute the integrated treasury strategy. This is a fixed-term role through December 2027 and can be based in Hackettstown, NJ; Chicago, IL; or the Mars Netherlands office, operating under a hybrid work model

What are we looking for?

As an S4 HANA Integration Lead you will be an In-House Bank and Treasury Expert for a transformative integration Project at Mars Snacking. You will lead and deliver the integrated SAP In-House Bank (IHB) solution across the Snacking organization. You will be responsible for advising on best practices for delivering complex, future-proof solutions while working with different implementation partners.

You'll be part of the S4 HANA implementation team where you will play a pivotal role in establishing, orchestrating, and delivering the Integrated Treasury strategy. Your expertise is crucial as we work together to create a data-driven environment that not only enhances decision-making but also streamlines treasury processes.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Deliver the design, configuration, and integration of SAP In-House Bank (IHB) (PoBo, PINO, RoBO, internal bank account management) with multibank connectivity across the Snacking segment, including the recently acquired Kellanova business.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-workstreams, including treasury, finance, and other modules, to align cash management and internal bank processes with long-term organizational goals.
  • Support the integrated management of internal bank accounts, intercompany payments settlement, and centralized payment systems.
  • Configure, harmonize, and optimize payment factories, centralized bank operations, and automate payment processes.
  • Make sure that the proposed solution complies with local financial regulations and audit standards across the company's internal banking operations.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation on configurations, workflows, and custom developments.
  • Leverage new S4 Treasury and IHB functionalities, new features, and industry best practices

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
