Roblox Studio is the creation engine behind millions of immersive 3D experiences built by creators around the world. As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Collaboration, you’ll be building workflows in Roblox Studio and our platform enabling creators and AI agents to collaborate at scale by creating, sharing, and managing content. The ideal candidate has C++ & game engine experience and enjoys solving complex software problems.

You Will:
  • Plan and deliver complex technical features E2E in our game engine and in the Roblox Studio that will allow developers to grow in our community
  • Work with UX designers and Product Manager to come up with optimal solutions
  • Work cross functionally, across teams and technology platforms to deliver high quality and amazing user functionality
  • Improve the product quality by fostering automation testing
  • Participate in building the world's best professional application for massively multiplayer game development
You Have:
  • 5+ years in developing and deploying user-facing applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a similar technical field
  • 1+ years of experience with C++ or another lower-level language
  • Experience with UI frameworks like React, Cocoa, QT, or others is a plus
  • Experience with 3D scene and game development tools and workflows is a plus

Annual Salary Range: $196,750 — $243,290 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
