Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  •   Assist with recruiting activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and applicant communications.
  •  Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  •  Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
  •   Assist with updating and maintaining job descriptions and organizational documentation.
  •  Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, retention, workforce development, and continuous improvement.
  •   Gather, analyze, and report HR-related data utilizing Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  •   Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking training activities.
  •   Assist with planning employee events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.
  •   Help develop and update HR procedures, standard work, and process documentation.
  •   Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices and employment trends.
  •   Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed.
  •   Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
