PAL OF DALLAS LLC is looking for a dependable and skilled Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team in Carrollton, TX! This is a hands-on role where you'll be the hero on the road — helping drivers get back on their way safely and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving problems on the go, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to roadside service calls throughout the Dallas/Carrollton area
  • Perform tire changes, jump-starts, and battery replacements for stranded motorists
  • Provide fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and basic vehicle troubleshooting
  • Safely tow or winch vehicles when necessary
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers regarding ETA and service status
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition
  • Document service calls and complete required paperwork accurately
