Roadrunner Delivery is a fast-growing, team-oriented Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Swedesboro, NJ. We specialize in last-mile delivery working with the world’s largest and most trusted online retailers. Our mission is simple: deliver smiles while building a supportive and driven team culture.

Job Description

As a Delivery Driver, you will safely operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout South Jersey. This role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. No delivery experience is required—we provide full training.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a delivery van to transport and deliver packages

  • Follow pre-planned routes using handheld GPS technology

  • Load and organize packages in the vehicle for efficient delivery

  • Ensure accurate and timely package deliveries to customers

  • Provide excellent customer service with every delivery

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards

  • Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts

Schedule

  • Full-time: 4 days per week, 8–10 hour shifts (one weekend day required after training)

  • Part-time opportunities also available

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $22.25 – $25.00 per hour (based on vehicle type & performance)

  • Weekly performance-based bonuses

Additional Information

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move packages throughout the day

  • Comfortable getting in and out of a delivery vehicle multiple times per shift

  • Strong reliability, teamwork, and communication skills
