Job Description

The OTR role includes order entry in multiple systems, ensuring all compliance requirements are completed prior to processing the DC and Pick and proper logistics to ship the customer order. 

Then ensuring the correct billing is completed for the customer order. 


Essential Responsibilities

Quality Specific Goals: 

Plan and pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer order from order entry to collection to ensure that customer requirements are met. 

Establish and maintain communication with the appropriate individuals throughout the process 

Implement changes as required for each order followed 

Confirms customer requested date and plan 

Own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports 

Give shipping and billing instructions in accordance with order terms and conditions 

Follow up on collections issues due to OTR 

Manage and process orders for AMB sales teams

Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 

Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 

Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies 

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
