Responsibilities

  • The RN Designee works with residents in the Memory Care Assisted Living Facility.
  • This position assists the Wellness Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing day to day functions of the wellness dept.
  • The RN Designee assists in periodic resident assessments and care planning.

Qualifications

  • We require a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of CT with experience working in Assisted Living.
  • Some experience working with dementia required.
  • On-call rotation is required.
  • Must have strong leadership, supervisory skills and good communication skills. This position supervises and mentors nursing staff.
  • Must have an RN Degree, with at least two years of full time or full time equivalent clinical experience in nursing.
  • At least 1 year of experience with a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick is preferred.
