What is an RMA processor?

RMA Processors are professionals responsible for handling Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests within a company. Their main tasks include processing product returns, validating warranty claims, coordinating replacements or repairs, and ensuring accurate records of returned goods. They often work closely with customer service, warehouse, and quality assurance teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. RMA Processors help streamline the return process, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory accuracy.
