As part of a hospice center, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to emotional and psychological support for patients and their families during challenging times. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and strengths, creating a tailored approach for treatment.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to formulate and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focused on empowering clients through shared experiences.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while monitoring client progress.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as required to address immediate client needs.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your ability to create a warm, reassuring connection is vital for fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient or mental health setting, with a focus on therapy and client interaction.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, capable of building rapport and understanding client needs.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy.
• An established track record of positive client outcomes and satisfaction.
