Role Overview:
Accountable for end-to-end AVaaS (Audio Visual as a Service) delivery, encompassing transition, operations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global AVaaS program delivery from design through transition to steady state operations.
  • Own and manage SLA performance, service quality, and financial aspects of the program.
  • Drive transition planning, risk management, and coordination with various vendors.
  • Interface with Organization leadership for governance, reporting, and escalation management.
  • Ensure strict alignment with AV standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the OEM/vendor ecosystem and mitigate transition risks effectively.
  • Oversee the delivery of event, studio, and VIP support services.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in managed services / AVaaS delivery at an enterprise scale.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple vendors across global sites.
  • Expertise in SLA/KPI management and service optimization.
  • Strong executive stakeholder communication skills, particularly in VIP environments.

Qualifications:
