Moog's Corporate Legal Team is seeking a Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager!
As the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager, you will help advance our enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs in support of Moog's global business. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate program strategies into practical processes, effective tools, and sustainable ways of working. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Global Compliance and Legal Operations Director, the Enterprise Risk Assessment Steering Committee, and a diverse global network of stakeholders. You will implement and help further shape an existing strategy, drive stakeholder alignment, foster collaboration, and support consistent global implementation through effective communication, training, and change management.
To be successful in this role, you will bring experience managing enterprise risk, compliance, or related business programs in a global manufacturing environment. You must be pragmatic, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across functions, cultures, and regions to drive operational consistency, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption.
This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how global risk and compliance programs are embedded across the enterprise, enabling leaders and teams to manage risk consistently while supporting business objectives.
This role offers a hybrid schedule, with the option to work full time on site, at a Moog U.S. facility; the preferred location is our East Aurora, New York Corporate offices.
To be considered for the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:
  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in business, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Over six (6) years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on implementing, administering, and optimizing risk and compliance assessment programs, in alignment with industry standards such as ISO31000, COSO.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, translate program requirements into practical operational processes, and drive consistent adoption across functions and regions.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills across diverse subject areas, cultures, and time zones.
  • Experience prioritizing and delivering complex global initiatives, with comfort adapting processes to regional and cultural contexts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, such as PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot, Planner or Project; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

It would also be beneficial if you had:
  • Advanced degree or certifications, such as CRMP, CRISC, GRCP
  • Basic understanding of organizational change management.
  • Experience with enterprise risk and compliance assessment platforms.
  • Strong documentation discipline and rigorous follow-through on issues and actions.
  • Experience building and maintaining communications that drive adoption and sustainment.

As the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
Global Program Deployment & Business Adoption
  • Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and ongoing management of Moog's enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs.
  • Design future-state processes aligned with policy, regulatory obligations, and operational needs; implement enabling technology and support adoption.
  • Support the design and deployment of role-based training and micro-learning assets; ensure global accessibility and comprehension.
  • Implement communication plans, including launch announcements, FAQs, and playbooks, tailored to diverse global audiences.

Governance, Process & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Maintain governance artifacts, including charters, RACI matrices, risk registers, SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working groups to align program decisions with policy, risk appetite, operational realities, and business objectives.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Implement and track program KPIs, KRIs, control effectiveness metrics, and maturity progression; deliver actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop audit and monitoring protocols; coordinate reviews, reporting, and enablement actions to drive continuous improvement.

Salary Range Transparency:
Buffalo, NY $170,000.00-$190,000.00 Annually
