Position Summary...What you'll do...Position Summary
Walmart Marketplace is scaling its global operating model to drive a seamless,unified, and consistent support experience regardless of where sellers come from, which marketplace they sell in, or how they do business with us.
The Manager, Operations - Cross-Marketplace Programswill help build the operating mechanisms that support this consistency at scale. This role sits within Walmart's Marketplace Global Ops Integration team and represents the support and risk operating perspective across business, product, operations, BPO, shared services, and in-market teams. The role is responsible for keeping marketplace programs operationally healthy, coordinating support inputs for marketplace expansion and operating model changes, and ensuring issues, dependencies, and operational requirements are visible and acted on.
This is an operations role for someone who is resourceful, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to build structure across teams by influencing cross-functional and global stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong program management discipline, operational judgment, and high growth potential.
What You'll Do
  • Manage operating rhythms for cross-marketplace support and risk programs, including recurring business reviews, program health reporting, KPI tracking, issue follow-up, and executive-ready updates.
  • Act as liaison across Seller Support, Risk, Product, CRM, Change Management, Process Improvement, BPO, Service Recovery, Shared Services, and in-market POCs to enable marketplace programs and operating model changes.
  • Represent Global Ops in marketplace expansion, support centralization, and seller experience discussions, ensuring support and risk requirements are included in program planning and execution.
  • Coordinate operational readiness for marketplace support and risk operations across Canada, Mexico, Chile, and future expansion markets.
  • Identify support and risk impacts from new or changing marketplace operations, including case categories, routing, ownership, handoffs, SLA expectations, reporting requirements, and seller experience gaps.
  • Build repeatable mechanisms that help the organization identify and solve for common seller friction points across marketplaces.

What You'll Bring
  • Strong operations or program management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguity and move work forward through clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex operational topics for leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working across support, risk, marketplace, service recovery, or seller experience operations.
  • Strong analytical judgment and comfort using data to identify trends, measure program health, and escalate issues.
  • Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively across matrixed teams.
  • High ownership, resourcefulness, and willingness to solve problems hands-on.
  • Ability to balance strategic context with operational execution.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Marketplace, eCommerce, Seller Support, Risk Operations, Trust & Safety, Service Recovery, Product Operations, or global operations.
  • Experience working with BPO partners, CRM or case-management tooling, operational reporting, or support readiness.
  • Experience supporting marketplace expansion, support centralization, operating-model transitions, or cross-functional business launches.
  • Familiarity with marketplace seller experience, global operations, in-market teams, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Bilingual preferred: English plus Spanish, Mandarin, and/or French.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
